Facility Event Reviews

Our event, Rocky Mountain Groom Expo was a huge success and we feel in part it was because of the venue we chose. UTS was the perfect place to host our event. All of our vendors loved the turf floor, and many of our attendees commented on how clean the facility was. We had approximately 350 people attend the event and there was plenty of parking, and room for food trucks. UTS was a great venue for our event, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and state of the art facilities.

We held our biggest yearly fundraising event at Under the Sun, and it was an absolute success! The facility was a dream to work with, accommodating our vendors for everything we needed for the event – tables, chairs, food, a dance floor, and a full band setup. The turfed arena added a rustic charm, perfectly complementing our Western theme, and many guests even remarked that it felt like they were at a wedding. Thanks to Under the Sun’s wonderful team and their excellent facility, the event exceeded our fundraising goal, leaving us thrilled and eager for next year’s gathering.
