Our Private Dog Park is the perfect way for your dog to enjoy the sunshine and have a “ruff” and tumble time!

A well maintained and safe environment for both large and small dogs with play equipment and fun for all!

Now added: Private 1 hour and 30 minute Rentals
Effective 3/4/24

South Dog Park (Membership):
-Monthly membership for group play/socialized dogs.
-Recommended for dogs over 40 lbs. No size restrictions.
–Passing of Dog Park Evaluation will still be REQUIRED.
-NO toys, balls, food, treats etc. ALLOWED.

-Daily rates and memberships are available! You can come and play as much as your pup desires!

Memberships: starting at $22/month (1 dog)
Dog Park Membership Hours (South Dog Park):
5am-10pm (Monday-Sunday)
Key Fob provided.

Daily Visits In South Dog Park only during business hours.
Must have Dog Park Evaluation.
7am-7pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 10am-4pm

North Dog Park (1 hour/30 minute Private Rentals):
Rental Dog Park (North), previously small side.

Rental Hours (North Dog Park):
7am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm Saturday
$15.00 per 1 hour rental
$10.00 per 30 minute rental
Packages Available.

-Reservation must be made in advance and key fob must be picked up from front desk and returned to front desk immediately after your reservation time is complete. -$5.00 CHARGE if not returned.
-1 hour and 30 minute private rental options available, a maximum of 4 dogs per reservation time (does not have to be same family group).
-Toys and balls may be used in Rental Dog Park ONLY.
-This is a rental and renter assumes all risks and responsibility for all individuals and dogs entering the area.
-NO Dog Park Evaluation required.

Dog Park Rules
Please remember, no food or toys are allowed in the South dog park for the safety of all dogs.
Resource Guarding can occur in these environments and this is very important.
Thank you for your cooperation!

• Use by Under the Sun Rental, Day Use and Memberships ONLY.
• DOGS ARE NEVER TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED!
• Please keep ALL Gates CLOSED, including Cooling stations.
• Releases and Agreements must be signed prior to entry.
• All Dogs must have proof of updated vaccinations.
• Owners responsible for dog(s).
• Dogs MUST be on leash when exiting dog park.
• No Alcohol / No Smoking / No Glass Containers.
• No Rollerblades, Bikes, or Scooters.
• Please inform staff immediately if dog park needs attention.
• Dogs must be in good health: no coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting or open wounds.
• Please clean up after your dogs and dispose of waste properly.
• UTS Staff will close the dog park for events and maintenance.
• At any time, dogs and owners may be asked to leave private property and membership may be revoked.
• Aggressive Dogs will not be allowed.

Failure to comply with the rules above may result in your membership being revoked. These rules are for the safety of all our dog park visitors, and we appreciate your cooperation.
