As you begin this exciting journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way with training, socialization, and enrichment options designed to set you and your pup up for long-term success.

Training can begin as early as 12 weeks of age, and starting young is one of the best ways to build a confident, well-mannered dog. Whether you’re looking to focus on basic obedience, socialization, or specific behavior concerns, we have a program that’s right for you. Let’s get started!

Private Lessons

30 Minute and 1 Hour Private Lessons
Customized Training for a Strong Start

Private lessons offer a focused, personalized approach to training that is especially valuable during your puppy’s critical early development stage. These one-on-one in-facility sessions allow us to tailor the training to your puppy’s specific needs, learning pace, and personality—while also giving you the tools and confidence to reinforce training at home.
We offer two convenient options:

30-Minute Private Lesson – Ideal for young puppies with short attention spans or for addressing one or two specific behaviors. Price: $75.00
1-Hour Private Lesson – Perfect for in-depth training sessions, multiple topics, or more advanced behavior work. Price: $125.00

Puppy Class

Puppy Group Class (ages 12 weeks-20 weeks)
1 session per week for 6 weeks Price: $300.00

Puppy Training: Early Education, Socialization & Obedience Foundations
Start your puppy off on the right paw with a well-rounded training experience designed to build confidence, encourage good behavior, and establish a strong bond between you and your pup.

Our Puppy Program Covers:

Socialization with other puppies and people in a controlled environment
Exposure to new textures, sounds, and objects to promote adaptability
Confidence-building and desensitization exercises to prevent fear-based behaviors
Introduction to basic obedience commands such as sit, down, come, leash walking, and more
Behavioral education for early detection and prevention of common issues like:
- Resource guarding
- Leash reactivity
- Chewing and digging
- Excessive whining or barking
- Potty training challenges

Puppy School

Welcome to Under the Sun Puppy School!

Puppyhood is adorable—but let’s be honest, it can also be a little ruff! That’s where we come in.
Under the Sun Puppy School is a fun, four-week early-start training program designed to give your pup the best foundation possible using positive reinforcement methods—all at just the right developmental stage.
This 2-day-a-week program is packed with the good stuff:

Confidence-building exercises
Socialization with people and other puppies
Exposure to new sights, sounds, and textures
Introduction to basic obedience and life skills

Price: $1495.00 for 4 weeks. Additional 2 weeks: $747.50

We’ll help your puppy build the skills they need to grow into a well-mannered, happy, and social dog—while you enjoy fewer potty accidents and more peaceful nights.

Puppy Social

16-24 Week – All Breed Puppy Socials – $20.00 each social

Socializing your puppy is an important part of becoming a well behaved, well rounded dog.

Socialization is very important for development and can build confidence and create comfort with new environments and people.

Puppies will get to socialize and interact in a safe space. Owners must be present during the entire social.

Doggie Daycare

Under The Sun offers a doggie daycare with large play areas, dog parks, and equipment which will be sure to keep your dog busy!

Our goal is to provide the very best in dog care, play, and exercise because that is the key to any well-behaved pet.
