The expansion of the facility offers a unique and timely opportunity to continue to grow in a location that
has a large and rapidly growing demand for the services provided now and going forward.

The development of this project gives Under the Sun the ability to meet its growing business and
broaden it to include more classes, events, and amenities in a canine and equine friendly environment.

We plan on providing an experience above and beyond that offered anywhere else.
